About Freedom Mastery

Freedom Mastery provides business coaching, education, training, events and digital resources. These terms apply to purchases through our websites, funnels, payment links, proposals and invoices. For questions, contact [email protected].

Your offer and agreement

The offer details supplied before purchase describe what you are buying, its inclusions, delivery method, duration, access period, price and payment arrangements. These terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable client contract or offer terms you have accepted form your agreement with us. A client contract may be accepted by signature or another valid method of acceptance. If an accepted client contract differs from these general policies on service-specific matters, the contract takes precedence to the extent permitted by law. No agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Offers may have different prices, program lengths, coaching arrangements and access periods. The terms of one offer do not automatically apply to another. Any additional commitment, cancellation fee, recurring charge or access restriction must be clearly disclosed before you agree to purchase.

Currency prices and payment

All prices and transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD). The offer and checkout identify the total payable, including GST where applicable and unavoidable charges. Payments are processed through Square or another provider identified before purchase. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion rates or fees if your account uses another currency.

You authorise only the charges and payment schedule presented and accepted before purchase. If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it. Any restriction of service must be proportionate and lawful, and does not remove your consumer rights.

One off purchases and fixed payment plans

A one-off purchase does not create recurring billing unless a separate recurring arrangement is clearly disclosed and accepted. A fixed instalment plan spreads the agreed purchase price over a specified number of payments. The offer identifies the total price, each payment amount and the schedule. A fixed payment plan does not automatically renew.

Any minimum commitment or effect of early cancellation on remaining instalments must be disclosed before purchase. We will not rely on these general terms to impose an undisclosed fee or remove a legal right to cancel or receive a remedy.

Memberships subscriptions and trials

Where an offer renews automatically, the purchase information states the recurring amount, billing frequency, minimum commitment if any, renewal arrangements and cancellation requirements. Any trial must identify its duration, whether it converts to paid billing, the amount and timing of the first paid charge, and how to cancel before that charge. Recurring billing requires your express agreement.

Cancellations are subject to the notice period, minimum commitment and other cancellation terms in your applicable client contract or offer terms, as disclosed and accepted. To give notice, follow the method specified in that agreement. For cancellation enquiries or assistance, email [email protected]. We will confirm the effective cancellation date, when access ends and any final payment or refund due under your agreement and applicable law. A cancellation request does not, by itself, waive an agreed notice period or bring forward the end of an agreed minimum term.

We will give advance notice of proposed changes to ongoing pricing or services and explain your options. A material adverse change will not be used to bind you to an undisclosed new commitment or exclude a remedy available by law.

Delivery bookings and access

Coaching, training, events and resources are delivered as described in the offer. Booking instructions, access information and relevant dates are provided through the contact details you supply. You are responsible for giving accurate details, keeping credentials secure and meeting any technical requirements disclosed before purchase.

Contact [email protected] promptly if access is missing, a resource is faulty, or you need to discuss a booking. Rescheduling, missed sessions, cancellations and refunds are handled under your applicable accepted client contract or offer terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to law.

Participation confidentiality and materials

Participate respectfully and protect confidential information shared by other participants. Do not share login credentials, record other participants without permission, redistribute paid materials or resell our content without written authorisation. Use resources for your own business and team only to the extent included in your offer. We or our licensors retain intellectual property rights in the materials.

For serious misconduct, misuse or a material breach, we may take proportionate action, including restricting access where lawful. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any resulting cancellation or payment adjustment will be handled fairly and subject to applicable law.

Results and consumer protection

Business outcomes depend on your circumstances and implementation. We do not promise a particular financial or business result unless expressly included in the offer. This does not limit an express promise or applicable consumer guarantee. General business education is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Our goods and services come with applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits remedies or compensation to which you are entitled by law. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help.

Privacy updates and applicable law

Our Consumer Data Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Updated general terms apply to new purchases from their stated update date. Publishing an update does not, by itself, change an existing agreement. Australian law applies, without removing mandatory protections available under another applicable law.
