Information we collect and how we collect it

We collect information you provide when you complete a form, request a resource, apply for a program, book a call, purchase, contact us or participate in coaching or training. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, enquiry responses, bookings, purchase and transaction records, communication preferences, and information you choose to share during service delivery.

Our websites and technology providers may also collect technical and usage information, including IP addresses, device and browser details, identifiers, pages viewed and actions taken. We receive relevant booking, communication and payment information from providers that support our services.

Please avoid sending identifiable information about your customers or staff unless necessary and you have authority to share it. We collect sensitive information only where reasonably necessary and with consent, unless otherwise permitted by law. If a call or session is to be recorded, we will notify participants beforehand, explain the intended use and obtain consent where required.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, send requested resources, assess applications, arrange and deliver services, manage customer accounts and payments, provide support, improve our services, measure advertising effectiveness, protect our systems and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. If you do not provide information required for a particular service, we may be unable to provide it. You can enquire anonymously or using a pseudonym where practicable.

Our service providers

We share relevant information with authorised team members, coaches, contractors and providers as reasonably needed for these purposes. Our technology providers include:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL), for website and funnel forms, customer relationship management, bookings, communications and service administration.
  • JustCall, for telephone and messaging communications and related records.
  • Mailgun, using its United States hosting region, for email delivery and associated delivery and engagement information.
  • Meta, through Meta Pixel, for website activity measurement and advertising.
  • Square, for payment processing and transaction administration.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers or where required or permitted by law. Payment and technology providers may handle some information independently under their own privacy notices. Do not send payment card details to us by email.

Cookies Meta Pixel and advertising

Our websites and funnels use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality and measure activity. Meta Pixel can send Meta information about visits and actions on pages where it is enabled, together with technical identifiers and device or browser information. We use this to understand advertising performance and reach relevant audiences. Meta may associate this information with other information it holds and use it under its privacy policy.

You can restrict cookies and tracking through your browser or device settings and manage advertising preferences through Meta’s account settings. Some website functions may be affected by blocking cookies. Unsubscribing from our email or SMS marketing does not, by itself, disable website tracking.

Marketing preferences

We send promotional email or SMS with consent or where otherwise permitted by law. To opt out, use the unsubscribe link or instructions in the message, or email [email protected]. We may still send essential messages about a booking, purchase, account or service.

Overseas handling

Our providers operate internationally, so personal information may be stored, accessed or processed outside Australia. Likely locations include the United States and India. We use Mailgun’s United States hosting region for email delivery and related data processing. Providers may use other locations for support, infrastructure or subprocessors. Their notices describe their international arrangements. Contact us if you need further information about handling relevant to your enquiry or service.

We take reasonable steps required by applicable law to protect personal information disclosed overseas. Overseas handling does not remove our responsibility for information we handle under applicable Australian privacy law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, legal recordkeeping and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, its sensitivity, the customer relationship and applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed and retention is not legally required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

Access correction and complaints

Email [email protected] to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to make a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity. We will assess your request and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil it. We will investigate complaints and aim to respond within 30 days, letting you know if more time is needed. If you are dissatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au where the matter falls within its jurisdiction.
