Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy applies to Freedom Mastery coaching, education, training, events and digital resources. For refunds, cancellations, rescheduling or purchase support, email [email protected].

Your applicable client contract or offer terms set out any notice period, minimum commitment, cancellation process and other service-specific requirements. Where you have accepted those terms, including by signing a client contract, they apply to your cancellation and take precedence over this general policy on service-specific matters to the extent permitted by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with a service, you may cancel and receive the refund required by law, allowing for services properly supplied, or keep the agreement and seek a price reduction. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem, we have an opportunity to fix it within a reasonable time. Further remedies are available if we cannot or do not do so.

Applicable consumer rights for digital products remain available after access or download. A policy, payment plan, minimum term or advertised guarantee does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

Change of mind and guarantees

We do not provide refunds solely because you change your mind, decide not to participate, or do not use purchased content, unless your offer or accepted client contract includes a change-of-mind refund right or we agree otherwise in writing. This rule does not apply where you have a legal right to a remedy. Any refund guarantee or trial advertised with an offer will be honoured according to the conditions supplied before purchase.

Coaching appointments and rescheduling

For coaching appointments, follow the cancellation or rescheduling process and notice period in your applicable accepted client contract or booking terms. Alternative times are subject to availability. Any late cancellation fee or missed-session rule must have been disclosed and accepted. For assistance, email [email protected]. These general policies do not introduce an additional undisclosed fee.

If we cancel a session, we will offer a suitable alternative or an appropriate refund for the affected service. You do not have to accept a materially different substitute where the law gives you a right to cancel or receive another remedy.

Fixed programs and instalment plans

Early cancellation, any required notice, minimum commitment and treatment of unpaid instalments are governed by your applicable accepted client contract or offer terms, subject to law. An instalment plan does not itself make a fixed program a cancel-anytime subscription. Equally, it does not remove a legal cancellation or refund right. Any cancellation charge must be lawful, fair and clearly disclosed.

Memberships and subscriptions

To cancel a membership or subscription, give notice using the method and within the notice period specified in your applicable accepted client contract or offer terms. Any agreed minimum term and other cancellation conditions apply, subject to law. For help with the process or a copy of the terms applying to your enrolment, email [email protected]. The effective cancellation date and access end date are determined under that agreement and applicable law.

A cancellation request does not automatically end billing immediately or waive an agreed notice period. Payments properly due during an agreed notice period or minimum term are handled under your agreement, subject to any legal right to cancel or receive a remedy. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an unused paid period. We will confirm the effective date and any final payment or refund due. No further renewal charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

Events service changes and delivery problems

Event-specific refund and transfer terms are disclosed with the offer. If we cancel an event or cannot deliver a purchased service or resource, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Where a material change gives you a legal right to cancel, any replacement, credit or rescheduling option will not remove that right.

For a faulty digital resource or access problem, contact us so we can assess and resolve it. Coaching and online resources do not require a physical return. We will explain any arrangements for ending access to refunded content. Any physical goods sold are subject to applicable consumer guarantees and the delivery and return terms supplied with that offer.

Requesting and receiving a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the email used to purchase, the offer name, reasonable proof of purchase and a description of the issue. A receipt or another reasonable transaction record is acceptable. We will assess the request, explain the outcome and arrange any remedy due. Please do not send full payment card details.

Refunds are processed promptly once entitlement or agreement is established. They are made in AUD to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to credit the funds. We do not require you to accept store credit where you are entitled to a monetary refund.
